2. حجز الجلسات وسياسة الدفع2. Booking & Payment Policy

  • يتم حجز الجلسات بناءً على المواعيد المتاحة لكل مشير وطريقة الجلسة (أونلاين أو بمقر المؤسسة).Appointments are booked based on counselor availability and session mode (online or on-ground).
  • يتم سداد رسوم الجلسات عبر طرق الدفع المعتمدة (انستا باي أو نقداً بالمقر). يتطلب حجز انستا باي رفع إثبات الدفع المؤكد.Session fees are paid via approved payment methods (InstaPay or cash on-ground). InstaPay bookings require uploading verified payment confirmation.

3. إلغاء وإعادة جدولة المواعيد3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

يمكن إعادة جدولة أو إلغاء الموعد قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من موعد الجلسة المنسق. الإلغاء المتأخر أو عدم الحضور قد يترتب عليه احتساب رسوم الجلسة.Rescheduling or cancellation is allowed at least 24 hours prior to scheduled session time. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur full session charges.

خدماتنا مخصصة للدعم النفسي والإرشاد الأسري والنمو الشخصي غير الطارئ. في حالات الطوارئ الطبية أو الأزمات الحادة، يرجى التوجه فوراً إلى أقرب مستشفى طوارئ.Our services provide non-emergency psychological support, family counseling, and personal growth. In medical emergencies or acute mental health crises, please contact emergency medical services immediately.

5. الملكية الفكرية وحماية المحتوى5. Intellectual Property
